• 8-year of R\&D experience in wireless systems (5G, Beyond 5G, 6G), with the focus on physical and medium access control layers. Designed solid multi-antenna processing (e.g., beamforming and beam management) and MIMO solutions that have been deployed in commercial network devices.
• Lead inventors/co-inventors of multiple US/WO patent application filings with 3GPP standard impacts. Extensive patent portfolio in the areas of (distributed MIMO) systems and beamforming.
• 5-year experience in applying machine learning techniques to solve real-world engineering problems in 5G/6G systems. Hands-on experience with advanced DNNs, e.g., Transformer, graph neural networks.
